Furever Home Festival Coming in June!

Looking to welcome a new furry friend into your life? Come along to our Furever Home Festival adoption day, a joyful day dedicated to finding loving homes for animals in need!

What’s the Furever Home Festival All About?

Every animal deserves a second chance, and this day is all about making that happen. The Furever Home Festival is your chance to meet some of our adorable cats and dogs who are ready to be part of a family. Whether you’re ready to adopt or simply want support or learn more, it’s a day full of heart, fun, and hope. 

What to Expect

Bring your family and enjoy a day full of feel-good fun: 

  • Meet Our Adoptable Animals – You might just meet your perfect match! 
  • Sausage Sizzle & Bake Sale – Delicious treats for a good cause 
  • Raffles & Goodie Bags – Win prizes and take home a special gift 
  • Coffee Van – Caffeine fix sorted! 
  • Market Stalls – Discover goodies and services for humans and pets 
  • Kids Colouring Competition – bring the kids for some fun! 
  • Animal Care Truck Tours + Ask the Vet – Check out our Animal Care Truck and ask pet care questions 
  • The Dog House Tours – Explore where the magic happens on The Dog House Australia 

All proceeds from food, the bake sale and raffle entries go directly to supporting the animals at AWL NSW. 

Planning to Adopt?

This is a pet-free event unless you’re planning to adopt a dog you’ve seen online and have a current dog at home. If this is the case, please book in advance to meet your potential new best friend, and bring your current dog along for a meet and greet. Give our shelter a call on 02  8777 4445.
