About Us

The Tamworth branch officially opened in August 2017.

What We Do

Some of our activities include:

• Subsidised Desexing Program: We assist pensioners and low income earners with access to discounted desexing for their pets in the Tamworth area.
• Dog and cat rehoming from the local pound
• We accept surrenders of dogs and cats depending on funds and carers available
• Public education and interaction through community days.

Desexing

If you are a low income earner, pensioner or experiencing financial hardship and require a subsidised desexing voucher for your dog or cat, please CLICK HERE to apply.

If you don’t have an email address or otherwise unable to complete our online form and would like to request a subsidised desexing voucher, please contact cadstamworth@awlnsw.com.au

How You Can Help

If you’d like to help out our branch you can;

• Donations of dog and cat items.
• Monetary donations are gratefully received.
• Enquire about how to become a foster carer.
• Volunteer with our branch
• Join us as a member and help us with fundraising activities

Meeting Information

Our Branch meetings are held on the 2^nd Wednesday of every month at the Centillion Chinese Restaurant at 331 Goonoo Goonoo Road, Tamworth at 6:30pm.
