Open to meet kids If you're looking for a big, enthusiastic, loving dog, one that will want to be involved in every aspect of your life, Marly is for you. This beautiful, big girl is full of life and character and desperately wants to be involved in everything that's going on, no matter how mundane.
Marly is energetic and loves to run and play and splash around in her paddling pool. She loves water and is often found with her head under a tap or with her feet in her water bowl. Recently she's been visiting the lake for runs and swims and is absolutely in her element there.
Marly's ideal family is one that has plenty of time to spend with her, helping her overcome her anxiety and giving her plenty of exercise, attention and love.
She's big and she's strong and can sometimes get a little over excited, as such would not be suitable around very young or very old people.
As a result of being in care for so long, Marly is well socialised and loves meeting and playing with dogs of all shapes and sizes. Marly hasn't, however, had many opportunities to experience new places or new things. She gets a bit nervous when confronted with new surroundings but with a little encouragement is keen to explore and have a go at new activities.
Marly walks beautifully on her lead and is very well behaved off the lead, never straying too far and always coming back when called. She responds very well to positive reinforcement and affection, which will make training easier for her future family. She has already learnt a few simple commands and is currently learning more.
Marly is desperate for affection and attention and she has a loving and affectionate nature. Once a bond has been developed with Marly she will be your best friend, she will be a loving, loyal companion that will never want to leave your side.
