Waratah is a sweet and affectionate soul who has truly blossomed over the last three months in foster care. Initially shy and reserved, she took some time to adjust, but with patience and love, she has come out of her shell to reveal her affectionate nature. Now, she is a confident lap cat who adores pats and will even roll onto her back for tummy tickles.

In her foster home, Waratah has shown remarkable progress each week. She has become more comfortable with new environments and now enjoys spending time with the family. She has warmed up to the toddler in the household and gets along well with the other cats, showing her ability to adapt and socialize. Once hesitant and inclined to hide in cozy spots like igloos or under the bed, she now seeks out human interaction and enjoys being part of the household.

Though she started off timid, Waratah is now a true smoochy girl who thrives on attention and companionship. She would do best in a calm home where her progress can continue, and where she will be given the space and understanding she needs if she ever feels unsure. Due to her history, it's still recommended that Waratah remain an indoor-only cat, as she can be startled by sudden movements.

Waratah is ready for her forever home, and with her newfound confidence, she's sure to bring love and affection to a family willing to continue nurturing her sweet, gentle nature. If you're looking for a loving and devoted companion, Waratah could be the perfect fit.
