Adopt a Dog

Max is a smart, independent dog with a goofy, hilarious side that keeps everyone entertained. He's looking for a home with experienced owners who appreciate his unique personality and love for play. While he enjoys his own space, he's always up for a game with his favorite rope toys and tennis balls. He's highly engaged with his people in quiet settings, making training and bonding both fun and rewarding. And with his silly antics, he's sure to bring plenty of laughs to his new home!

Because Max prefers a calm environment, he'll do best in a home with older, pet-savvy kids (12+) and no other animals. He is currently getting some extra special training from our animal attendants such as crate training, as he does exhibit some separation anxiety when left alone too long. A secure yard with six-foot fencing will give him space to stretch his legs, but he's not overly energetic-he just loves having fun on his own terms.

Max's mix of independence, playfulness, and comedy makes him a one-of-a-kind companion. If you're looking for a dog who will keep you smiling while still enjoying his own space, Max might be the perfect match!
