A Little Bit About Bear
Bear is a super sweet young man of 2 years old who is quite a character, funny and loving. He is looking for just the perfect human bestie who can nurture him, hang out with him and understand his slightly altered needs, as Bear is deaf.
Being deaf doesn't really bother Bear, he's just as playful and affectionate and delightful as any other kitty but he will need a calm home without other pets or young children, and probably just a little extra time to adjust to his new environment.
Bear loves attention. He will often just follow his humans around, enjoying their presence and keeping them company as they do their chores. Bear will occasionally give them a gentle tap on the leg when they walk past, just to remind them he is there and hopefully get a little attention and affection. Bear is also known to call out if he doesn't know where his people are in the house so they can find him.
Bear has plenty of energy and loves to play. He loves his kitty toys and especially likes those that are brightly coloured and move so he can chase and pounce them. Bear also enjoys watching the birds out the window and when it's nap time he prefers to sleep near his people. But watch out...He also loves to chase human feet as they move and wiggle under the blankets!
Bear has the most beautiful blue eyes and snow white coat. He is a super sweetheart who will be devoted to his people and just the best BFF.
Please note Bear will need to be an inside cat for safety due to both his hearing impairment and his fair skin. Cats and kittens with light noses and/or ears are more susceptible to getting sunburnt, and in turn, getting skin cancer.
All AWL NSW kittens and cats come litter trained, desexed, microchipped and will have received their first vaccination.
