Great Lakes and Manning
- Great Lakes & Manning
About Us
The Great Lakes and Manning volunteer branch has been actively working in the community since March 3, 1980. The branch is situated on the Mid North Coast of NSW and covers an area from Tea Gardens in the South to Coffs Harbour in the north. In 2000 our op-shop was opened and has been doing very well ever since. The op shop was updated and refurbished in late 2017 thanks to a community grant and generous support from local businesses.
What We Do
Some of our activities include:
- Surrenders and adoptions of cats, dogs, kittens, and puppies
- Three desexing drives per year – follow us on Facebook for updates and announcements
- Two microchipping drives per year, located in Taree and Forster
- Subsidised desexing year-round for concession cardholders
- Subsidised emergency vet work year-round for concession cardholders
